The PDF is B&W throughout.
Artwork: OK to good.
System: 2D10+modifiers, beat 12.
Attributes (5 of them): Strength/Body (STR), Dexterity/Agility (DEX), Logic/Perception (LOG), Will/Spirit (WIL), Charisma/Presence (CHA).
The only error I could find was on P19: Telepahty instead of Telepathy, and no character sheet.
It reminds me slightly of a certain system that usues a few D6's; but Simple Skill is much cheaper and does a similar job.
It's a pretty good frame with a fair bit of covering to start GM's and players off in whatever direction they want (fantasy, sci-fi, modern, etc).
At £1.26/$1.79 it's pretty good as a simple, lite system.
