Jabbro Jones Miniatures: Fantasy Monsters: Arabian Knights

ADD TO WISHLIST >

Adventuring through the desert sands, you find yourself attacked by bandits and taken off course. Suddenly you find yourself in a hostile, alien world of Arabia: a world of castes, murderers, and magic. Where the everyday common items are treasured more than mountains of gold for they hold the greatest allies and enemies you will ever find.

Regarded as an outlander, you must gain the trust of the influential, battle the treacherous marauders of the sands, and face monsters more menacing than you’ve ever imagined.

All figures and bases are combined in a single, layered PDF. Be sure to follow the PDF instructions to access all of the features. This file also contains GSD files for Silhouette SD and Craft Robo cutters.

This set contains a good mixture of character and creature miniatures for a "fantasy arabian" setting. While it is not totally complete (none of the people wear armor, for example), the mix of character and monster types is hard to argue wit [...]

Well, it would seem I am a little late to the party, but this set is very nice. Jabbro Jones features some of the best artwork in the business. Some of the larger models look a little cartoon-ish, but the figures and smaller elements have a ver [...]

This product has been my favorite set of standies ever! When you take the time to cut out the interior part (between the arm weapon and the body, etc.), once done, this standies take on a three-dimesional feel that makes them more striking than most al [...]

Currently on sale for $3.00 instead of $3.99, Arabian Knights is three pages of counters with a page of desert themed bases for cutting out. The figures are brightly colored, more comic style than realistic. The figures are easy to read and view on a [...]

    Scanned image
These products were created by scanning an original printed edition. Most older books are in scanned image format because original digital layout files never existed or were no longer available from the publisher.

For PDF download editions, each page has been run through Optical Character Recognition (OCR) software to attempt to decipher the printed text. The result of this OCR process is placed invisibly behind the picture of each scanned page, to allow for text searching. However, any text in a given book set on a graphical background or in handwritten fonts would most likely not be picked up by the OCR software, and is therefore not searchable. Also, a few larger books may be resampled to fit into the system, and may not have this searchable text background.

For printed books, we have performed high-resolution scans of an original hardcopy of the book. We essentially digitally re-master the book. Unfortunately, the resulting quality of these books is not as high. It's the problem of making a copy of a copy. The text is fine for reading, but illustration work starts to run dark, pixellating and/or losing shades of grey. Moiré patterns may develop in photos. We mark clearly which print titles come from scanned image books so that you can make an informed purchase decision about the quality of what you will receive.

    Original electronic format
These ebooks were created from the original electronic layout files, and therefore are fully text searchable. Also, their file size tends to be smaller than scanned image books. Most newer books are in the original electronic format. Both download and print editions of such books should be high quality.
